Q How soon should we reserve our tour?
A We suggest booking your reservations at least two weeks in advance, this way you can guarantee your seats and avoid any sold out situations. Also, your tour will be set and ready to go when you arrive in Las Vegas. |
Q When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
A You should receive confirmation of your booking within 24 hours of booking. If you do not, please contact Reservations at 1-877-811-TOUR. |
Q What happens if I cancel or don't show up?
A Cancellations before 24 hours of Tour time - no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour time, 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 12 hours of tour time or no shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. |
Q Can I change or amend my booking reservation?
A You can contact reservations and change or amend your reservation anytime before 24 hours of tour time. Within 24 hours of tour time will incur change fees. |
Q Does my child need a reservation?
A The same Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rule applies to our planes. Any child under the age of two can sit on an adults lap and not be charged for the flight. However, it is always recommended that each person have their own seat with proper restraint systems. Children over the age of two must have a reservation, too. |
Q What should I wear and bring for my trip to the Grand Canyon?
A Clothing: The temperatures in the canyon are very different. The lower you go into the canyon, the hotter it gets. Shorts, a light shirt, and a windbreaker are recommended for the warmer months. Dress in layers in order to cool down throughout the day.
Footwear: Shoes should be comfortable, broken in, and laced up tight to keep our feet secure.
Hat: To keep your head covered up from the sun.
Sunglasses: Shields for your eyes is important for UV protection.
Sunscreen/Chapstick: SPF 15 or better. |
Q Are gratuities included in the tour price?
A Gratuities are not included in the prices listed, we feel that tips should be at your discretion and should be earned not expected. This encourages our guides to work extra hard to make your day more special. |
Q Will my tour be cancelled due to bad weather?
A On the rare occasion when we have lousy weather and we are forced to cancel a tour there will be no charge to you for the tour. |

Q Pick-Up -- Where do you pick-up?
A Hotel pick-up service is available from area hotels on specified tours. If you are not staying in a hotel, or your hotel is outside of the area, please leave the field for hotel pickup blank on the order form, and we will send you exact instructions on where to meet the tour. You may go to one of the hotels where we offer pick-up, but most hotels charge for parking. Hotel pick-up is not required; you may always meet the tour at the designated departure point. Pick-up service is not available from private residences. |
